The Municipal Development and Lending Fund, in partnership with the Ministry of Local Government, launched the second cycle of its fourth phase of the Municipal Development Program at the Ramallah Cultural Palace. The launch was attended by representatives from official institutions, program funders, and local authorities from various governorates, and was held under the patronage of Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa.
