Adh Dhahiriya Municipality Begins Expansion and Rehabilitation Works on Shuweika Road

As part of the implementation of the Shuweika Road paving project, Adh Dhahiriya Municipality, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, will begin tomorrow the expansion and rehabilitation works of Shuweika Road.

 

The project aims to improve road conditions and facilitate access for residents and shoppers coming from the Negev area, particularly as the road has become a vital lifeline for the city of Adh Dhahiriya amid the continued closure of the city's entrances and exits.

 

Shuweika Road is considered one of the city's most important roads due to its significant role in serving residents, farmers, and visitors. It also serves an area that has been subjected to repeated attacks by settlers under the protection of Israeli occupation forces.

 

Adh Dhahiriya Municipality calls upon all citizens to cooperate with the field crews and work teams to ensure the smooth and timely completion of the project, which is expected to improve mobility, enhance road safety, and support the daily needs of residents and visitors alike.
