Al-Madoura Area Expansion and Rehabilitation of the Road Connecting Anab Al-Saghira, Al-Marzab and Sumara Street

From Al-Madoura Area – The Road Connecting Anab Al-Saghira, Al-Marzab and Sumara Street, Al-Dhahiriya Municipality continues to implement the “2026 Internal Roads Maintenance, Rehabilitation and Greening Project in Al-Dhahiriya”, funded by the Municipal Development and Lending Fund (MDLF), as part of its ongoing efforts to develop infrastructure and improve the internal road network across different areas of the city.

 

In the Al-Madoura area, the works included the expansion of the road connecting Anab Al-Saghira, Al-Marzab and Sumara Street, in addition to constructing stone retaining walls along the road and installing concrete shoulders to protect the road, strengthen its structure, prevent erosion, and improve safety for road users.

 

The project is part of the municipality’s efforts to improve the services provided to citizens, enhance the urban appearance of the city, strengthen traffic safety, and improve the quality of life.

 

The project includes a range of works in several areas of Al-Dhahiriya, including:

 

✓ Expansion and rehabilitation of several internal roads.

 

✓ Construction of stone retaining walls along a number of city streets.

 

✓ Installation of concrete road shoulders to strengthen roads and improve user safety.

 

✓ Construction and rehabilitation of sidewalks.

 

✓ Greening and beautification works.

 

✓ Installation of rainwater drainage networks.
