Ad-Dhahiriya Municipality Follows Up on the Completion of the Additional Floor at Khawla Bint Al-Azwar School in Cooperation with the Ministry of Education

As part of its continued partnership with the Ministry of Education, Ad-Dhahiriya Municipality welcomed a delegation from the Ministry's General Directorate of Buildings and Design, headed by Eng. Wisam Nakhleh, Director General of Buildings, accompanied by Eng. Nidal Abu Baker and Eng. Khawla Shahada. The visit was attended by Mr. Hassan Jabarin, Director of the Ad-Dhahiriya Education Office.

 

The delegation was received by Municipal Council Members Mr. Khaled Jabarin and Mr. Issa Al-Battat, along with Eng. Lina Sbeih, Director of the Planning and Projects Department at Ad-Dhahiriya Municipality. The visit included a field tour to assess and evaluate the needs of school facilities in the city and to review the current status of Khawla Bint Al-Azwar School.

 

The visit comes as part of the ongoing preparations for the completion of the additional floor at Khawla Bint Al-Azwar School, including both the interior and exterior finishing works to ensure the facility is fully equipped and ready to accommodate students.

 

The project is expected to provide additional classrooms and help address the overcrowding challenges facing schools, particularly in the city center, thereby improving the learning environment and supporting the quality of education.

 

Ad-Dhahiriya Municipality reaffirms its commitment to supporting the education sector through close cooperation with the Ministry of Education and all relevant stakeholders. The municipality continues to lease school buildings and additional classrooms and mobilize all available resources to help address classroom overcrowding, reflecting its national and community responsibility to provide a better educational environment for the students of Ad-Dhahiriya.
