Important Clarification Regarding Water Distribution in Al-Dhahiriya

The Municipality of Al-Dhahiriya affirms to its residents that the water department crews are working continuously, around the clock, to ensure water reaches all areas of the city despite current challenges.

 

We would like to clarify that the recent weak water supply is due to a reduction in the quantities of water provided to the city. This has required temporarily cutting off water to some areas in order to redirect supply to other communities in urgent need—circumstances that are beyond the control of the working crews.

 

The municipality is closely monitoring the situation and coordinating continuously with the Palestinian Water Authority to restore water supply to normal levels as soon as possible.

We also inform you that water pumping will continue until Friday. The water department crews will make every effort to ensure fair and consistent distribution of water to all neighborhoods and areas.
