About the Department
The Administrative Affairs Department is considered a supporting department that assists other municipal departments in achieving their objectives, in addition to contributing to the overall goals and strategies adopted by Al-Dhahiriya Municipality.
Accordingly, it plays a central and fundamental role in institutional development and organizational performance, operating within approved policies and frameworks while ensuring the highest standards of quality and transparency, and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Recruiting individuals with strong academic and professional qualifications to work at Al-Dhahiriya Municipality and building high-performance human resources capacities.
- Providing the resources required by the Municipality and regulating their storage and distribution processes.
- Enhancing, improving, and developing municipal services provided to citizens.
- Managing and improving the quality of internal administrative services within the Municipality.
- Achieving the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Managing leased and municipally owned assets.

- Management and archiving of materials and archival/historical documents at both the municipal and city levels.
- Updating human resources systems and job descriptions.
