Development Plan Preparation:

  •  Preparing and updating the local development plan (strategic and medium-term).
  • Aligning proposed projects with the needs of the local community.
  • Coordinating with other municipal departments during plan preparation.

Project Development:

  • Proposing development and service project ideas.
  • Preparing project proposals and preliminary feasibility studies.
  • Defining objectives, beneficiary groups, and performance indicators for each project.

Project Management and Implementation

  • Supervising the implementation of approved projects in coordination with all municipal departments and divisions.
  • Monitoring timelines and estimated costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and donor requirements.

Coordination with Donors

  • Communicating with local and international funding institutions.
  • Preparing project proposals according to donor templates.
  • Following up on agreements and memoranda of understanding related to projects.


Monitoring and Evaluation

Data Management and Documentation
