Al-Dhahiriya Municipality Announces Temporary Closure of University Street for Water Network Works

Al-Dhahiriya Municipality would like to inform residents that University Street will be temporarily closed on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, to allow municipal technical crews to carry out water network construction works in the area as part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure and enhance public services.

 

These works are being implemented within the municipality’s plans to upgrade and expand the water network, improve service efficiency, and ensure the sustainability of water services for residents. Due to the nature of the work, a temporary road closure is necessary to ensure the safety of both residents and workers and to allow the project to be completed efficiently and effectively.
