Launch of Medical Day Activities under the Women’s Health Project in Al-Dhahiriya.

As part of its commitment to promoting women’s health and providing integrated medical services, Al-Dhahiriya Municipality, in cooperation with Al-Dhahiriya Municipality Medical Center and the Women’s Health Project, is pleased to announce the organization of a Medical Day on Thursday, April 16, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

 

This Medical Day will include a range of specialized healthcare services delivered by a professional and integrated team, including:

 

• Gynecologist: Pregnancy follow-up, IUD examination, diagnosis of gynecological infections and urinary tract infections, as well as breast examination.

 

• Nursing Services: Blood pressure and blood sugar screening. For pregnant women, hemoglobin testing and rapid urine tests will be conducted as requested by the doctor.

 

• Nutrition Specialist: Nutritional consultations for anemia, gluten sensitivity, vitamin deficiencies, and weight management.

 

• Physiotherapy Specialist: Sessions and consultations to relieve back and neck pain, specialized exercises for pregnant women and postpartum recovery, as well as mobility support for mothers of children with cerebral palsy.

 

The municipality kindly requests all participants to bring a valid ID for registration purposes.
