Dhahiriya Municipality Announces a Call for Proposals for Consulting and Engineering Supervision Services for the Dhahiriya Solar Power Plant and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS)
Dhahiriya Electricity and Alternative Energy Company, owned by Dhahiriya Municipality, invites proposals from qualified engineering and consulting firms and consulting engineers with relevant experience and expertise in solar energy projects to provide comprehensive consulting, technical, and engineering supervision services for the construction of a grid-connected photovoltaic solar power plant equipped with a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), under the SHAMSI Palestine Program.
The scope of services includes reviewing tender documents, designs, drawings, and technical submissions; participating in bid evaluations and negotiations with contractors; providing technical and on-site supervision of construction works; monitoring work quality and compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements; and supervising testing, commissioning, handover, and acceptance procedures.
